Temple of the Diwata

It was our Original Nature to be Hospitable, that was the Character of Datu Bankaw who first welcome MIguel Lopez de Legaspi when the colonizer arrive in Limasawa in 1565 and supplied them what the spaniards have needed; and because of this, King Phlip II, sent a Royal Decree thanking Datu Bankaw for his hospitality and was baptized and became a loyal to the Christians. But in his old age as he saw the enemy of their souls, Datu Bankaw change side and was reverted to his old faith on which he built the templeof the Diwata on which Christian chroniclers called as Temple of the Devil.

I am writing this up here to show how bias the foreign writer of our History pertaining to the ways of our Ancestors despite of the kindness and Hospitality of Datu Bankaw, who from the time Miguel Lopez DE Legaspi was welcomed by him was not yet Christian but after turning his back to Christianity, they forgot the natural kindness of Datu Bankaw who was a worshiper of the Diwata.

I am writing this to call upon the spirit of Datu Bankaw and his Son Babaylang Pagali, that through their persistent Spirit that they rose up a new Binabaylan in this new era, to help us rebuild the Temple of the Diwata in this modern days. i call upon all the souls of the massacred babaylan by colonizer to rise up again and descend their Spirits and be with the one whom you choose to continue your work to liberate our souls from the chain of slavery that still persist in this modern world.
