Mourning and Grieving:Our therapy for the Dead and the Living

Great Sadness covers us when one of our love one dies and left us on this plane of existence. That’s why we cry. We mourn. And we grieve for the loss that we had. It is okay for us to grieve and mourn for the loss of our love one. It is our own way of releasing that sadness we feel inside us and at the same time it help the soul of the departed to be cleansed from the impurities that s/he had of this mundane world.

But the question now is how long should we mourn and grieve?  Let us watch this video to learn more.
