Beginning January 2026, the Hilot Binabaylan Training Program—offered through the Hilot Academy of Binabaylan—will be officially elevated to a Master’s Degree in Ministry, with a pathway toward a Doctorate in Divinity and Ministry specializing in Indigenous Filipino Spiritual Beliefs and Practices.

📜 What the Resolution Establishes

The Hilot Binabaylan Training Program will now be recognized as a Master’s Degree in Ministry.
Graduates of this program will be eligible for Ordination Credentials under Templong Anituhan Inc..
A Doctorate in Divinity and Ministry will be developed as a continuation of the Master’s program, focusing on Indigenous Filipino Spirituality.
The program will officially begin as a graduate-level course on January 1, 2026.

To maintain the integrity and depth of this advanced program, enrollment is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

Must be a college graduate.
Must have a health care-related educational background (e.g., nursing, midwifery, psychology, public health, etc.).
