In this plane of existence where we live right now, there are many limitations and obstacles in life that we encounter as we move forward living our life. Such limitations can be lessened if we only become aware of the aspects that bound us to be limited by the situation. It is mentioned that our Physical Body is made up of the Elements such as the element of Earth, Air, Fire and Water; and the combination of all these elements, the Spirit is manifested.
The Element of Earth which give us form and shape can be assessed through our height, weight and size. This element is the basic foundation of our existence that give us our identity of who we are. Our body becomes the vessel of life. Without the Spirit within our body we are dead. It is just a piece of flesh that does not move nor grow. Taking care of our body by giving it nutritious food and shaping it up by exercise will help us live more longer and at the same time will help us to overcome any obstacles we will encounter as we move forward in living our life.
As a human bounded into our Physical Body, we need nutritious food to nourish our body. Our body is made up of complex organ systems that works together in order to make life possible for us. These organ system is made up of particular organs, muscle tissues, cells, molecules and atoms. And all of these can be found and live within us to make us a being of life that works progressively and positively. All these tiny part of us made us a complete being; and all of these parts needs nourishment that it can perform their functions to make us alive. Being mindful of the food we eat will also make them work well. Shaping up our body helps them perform their function well in giving us life.
Working out with the Spirit through balancing our Body to the Spirit means being mindful on what we put into our mouth as a food and nourishment to our physical body as well as in how we shape up our selves in projecting life force to the world. Indeed as single being alive we are the manifested form of the Spirit in this world thus we have life.
