Keeping the Magick Alive

Magick in the Philippines now-a-days are probably influenced by the movies and tv shows that comes from the west through the popularity of Harry Potter, Practical Magic, the Craft and the Charmed. Seeing these films awaken the magical self of most Filipino that leads them to study and practice of the craft.

Some of them may say that they believe and know to do magick, but there are only few who keep real magick alive in their lives. Through these films and the rise of information of Magick and Witchcraft in the West, it is sad to know that we almost forgotten that we as Filipino has our own form of Magick which now-a-days some of its practices are feared and ignored as a form of disempowering it. But whether we believe on it or not, the Magick in our Land still exist even without recalling them into practice. The rise of our Diwata, Anito and Engkanto are few evidence that our Magick is Alive in our country; The Land still bear its grass, herbs, trees so as the river, sea and ocean still provides life form for us to exist. Though the ancient knowledge of Filipino Magick are now almost forgotten, but we are lucky enough to survive and preserve some of our very own Healing Arts and Science which is Hilot and Tawas that is our very own brand of Magick in the Philippines.

On our 19th Year as we celebrate it on the 13th of December 2019 we are going to rededicate our selves to strengthen our commitment in bringing back the magick in our land and we will open our doors for Dedicant who will study with us the ways of our ancestors in doing magick.
