Filipino Magick as the Wisdom of our Ancestors in affecting Change

Last night the Ancestors came to me to encourage and remind me on What Magick is all about. This is due to the reason that I feel that Filipino Magick is no more because of what I am seeing on Social Media that Folk Catholicism and Western Magickal Practices dominates the Psyche of the General Public. So I lamented that Filipino Magick is already dead.

But a voice in my mind have reminded me, what do you tell people about the definition of Magick? and I said that:

it is the ability of the Soul to affect Change.

and it was followed up by a Question that, when you start exploring Magick what definition do you know about it and where have you learned it first? To be honest, the first time that I knew about Magick is when I was a member of the Bible Baptist Church through the word Magus who visited Jesus Christ when he was born in Bethlehem.

And in other words people said about Magus is being wise. And at that time these Wise Men discovered Christ by following the radiance of the Star which in Occultic Science is the practice of Astrology.

So with that I’ve been encouraged by my Abyan ang Umalagad to look on Filipino Magick which is the Wisdom of our Filipino Ancestors in affecting Change. Though it is dyeing, it is not dead and this is what we are standing up now-a-days. Though we are part of the Correllian Nativist Tradition of Wicca which is a Western Practice of Magick, it exhort us to dig deeper on our Cultural practice of Magick. And through that i received comment from one of our students which you can see in the video below.

So with these, I am inviting you to support us by learning Filipino Magick and become our Regular Member in the Shrine.
