You are a soul with a body; and your body is the home of your soul. Like a home which is the dwelling place of your family, it is temporal that need to be maintained.

Your Soul give life to your body, and the body that has not been maintained well shall cease and be corrupted. It will decay and become food of the earth; but your soul will come back to us which is the Universal Soul.

Feed your body and care for it. But dont get attached to it as it is the real you.
