Barangay Election is almost coming and the Campaign Period on becoming our Village Chief and Officials are already on. But did you know that the word Barangay was known before as Balangay that pertains to a Trading Boat before it was known as a Village. As in many Trading Boats or even passengers boat it is headed by a Ship Captain and his crew that maintains the safety of our voyage that we may arrive into our own Destination.

This is the same thing that happen with our Barangay as a Village. We are all on a voyage in quest for a better land where we can live comfortably and in peace. In our journey as a Village, we are on land and seek to make our land prosperous and safe to live in. And from 2013 up to the present time, I have witness how far our Barangay have been through.

I remember the last conversation I had with Kagawad Elmer Kag Tong Carreon, the only thing that is lacking in our Barangay is a Bank and i could not remember when was that. But now, Brgy. Francisco Homes Narra has already an Automated Teller Machine where people could withdraw money and not go far anymore just to have cash on hands. Almost all our needs can be found in our Barangay. We have different churches, School, Stores and Markets, Gyms, Clinics and even Offices.

I think that the next challenge for our Barangay to have is more Employment Center where people will not go anymore outside our Village and that they could spend more time with their family instead of spending time traveling to other cities just to be employed.

And I also pray that we could give more opportunity for the Tricycle Drivers of FRAHTODA to earn a living by fixing the traffic situation in Brgy Francisco Homes Narra. I pray that Kap. Philip Villar will have courage and wisdom and all his kagawad to maintain the peace and order here in our Barangay. As I see the problem of traffic jam in our Barangay comes from the students of First City Providential College who just park their car and motorcycle anywhere they like. The school must discourage their students bringing their own car or motorcycle and just park it anywhere.

Another problem that I see is the Garbage Generator Business that are very rampant now in our Village. These businesses are selling Garbage that their customers just dump it anywhere they want. Just like those vehicle owners that just park anywhere, these people think of Barangay Narra as their Junk Yard and its Citizen are Street Sweepers and Janitor.

With regards to the Campaign, I just want to Emphasize here that an Akyat Bahay gang operates at night when no one is around and climb up the house to steal the valuables with the home of others. And likewise, a robber will just attack you and get your valuables.

I have known this as someone not from Team Villar just tear off the Campaign Material that Kap Philip politely ask from me if I could display it in our shrine. Though, whoever their opponent are, I have doubt that they could be trusted. Leadership in our Village must be based on Compassion and not Violence. True Leader must treat the Villagers not only as Constituents but rather as an Extension of their Family. As Teachers were treated as Secondary parents to a Student. The Village Chief and its staff are considered as Community Elders. And with that I am praying for all of those who seek to run in position.

There is one Power in the Universe, and We are the Perfect Manifestation of that power and for as such, We Pray for Peace:

We Pray for Peace, We Pray for Love and We Pray for Stability. We pray that all the people around the world to embrace Peace.

Peace that promotes Justice; Justice that follows Discipline and Orderliness, Discipline and Orderliness as a Result of Understanding; Understanding as a product of knowledge; and Knowledge as a Fruit from the seed of Love.

Oh, Great Supreme Divine Spirt! We come before you as your Children and ask for your Blessings of Courage, Bravery, Strength and Endurance.

So that through these blessings we may overcome all forms of evil, fear, hatred, terror, violence, warfare and worries around the world.

By the Power of Love, May Peace prevails on Earth.

May the Goddess within us all ignites the Flame of Love and Light of Life. May the God before us Radiate the Light of Peace for all to See.

May all the people around the world be blessed with Peace; May all the inhabitants of mother Earth Enjoys the blessings of Love.

As we create and manifest these into our life, and without aiming harm to anyone and in full gratitude to the Divine.
